Tadalafil is the active substance of Cialis and is a completely unique compound. It acts in the body for a very long time, 36-48 hours, because its half-life is slower compared to other potency enhancers. With Cialis, sex can remain spontaneous, there is no need to know in advance that you will have sexual intercourse within several hours. Many users choose this drug because they do not want to plan in advance with their partner or look for random partners when this is impossible. The full effect occurs after 1 hour after administration.
Use and dosage of Cialis
