Effects of taking Cabergoline
Application and dosage of Cabergoline
Experience using Iron Factor and Do4a.com has shown that the optimal scheme for using cabergoline to lower prolactin is as follows:
- During the course of progestin anabolic steroids (nandrolone, trenbolone): 0.25 mg (1/2 tablet) every 7-21 days, starting from the third to fourth week of the course, when the concentration of ACC approaches the maximum. The optimal dose and frequency of administration is selected under the control of prolactin level analyses, since the effect of the drug differs and depends on the individual characteristics of the body.
- When the level of prolactin increases above the permissible level, the frequency of reception increases: 0.25 mg every 4 days. Control analysis of prolactin is desirable to perform after two receptions with subsequent correction of the scheme.
The drug is taken both with food and on an empty stomach.
Side effects
The most common side effects attributed to cabergoline are headache, dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, emotional disturbance, and abdominal pain.
When using low dosages, side effects occur quite rarely or are completely absent. On the forums, depressed mood and loss of appetite are most often reported.
It is not recommended to take more than one tablet per week (exception – strongly elevated prolactin level).
